At Dean Watson Bespoke Furniture, we take pride in crafting unique, handcrafted furniture pieces. Our products are made to order, which means each piece is created with care and precision.

Processing Time

• Production times vary from piece to piece. Please refer to individual poduct descriptions fopr indication of expected lead times, and if unsure please contact prior to ordering for up to date info.
• Once your order is complete in production, we will arrange for shipping on a day that best suits you. 

Shipping Costs & Delivery

• We offer a flat fee shippiing cost of £59 within the UK for all orders.
• For international orders, please contact us prior to ordering. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes applicable in their country.
• Estimated delivery times post despatch:
  • Domestic: 4-7 business days
  • International: 7-14 business days

Delivery Process

• Our furniture is shipped using specialised carriers to ensure it arrives safely. The delivery team will bring your item into your home, unpack it, and remove packaging.
• Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery and confirm that it is received in good condition. You will receive a delivery time window the day before your delivery is due to minimise disruption to your day.

Shipping Delays

• Custom, handcrafted furniture may experience slight delays due to the nature of bespoke production. We will notify you of any unexpected delays as soon as possible.

Damaged or Lost Items

• If your item arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at sales@deanwatson.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue to 100% satisfaction.
